Cancellation Policy

At Serifos Sea Tours, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our business.

• 25 days or more before the rental date
  You will receive a refund of 60% of the deposit paid.
• 15 to 24 days before the rental date
  You will receive a refund of 30% of the deposit paid.
• 14 days or less before the rental date
  The deposit is non-refundable.

Any applicable bank transfer or payment processing fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Your safety is our highest priority. If the rental cannot take place due to unsafe weather conditions, as determined by the local Port Authority or Serifos Sea Tours, you may choose one of the following options:

• Reschedule your booking to another available date.
• Receive a full refund of the amount paid.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking due to technical issues, operational reasons, or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered:

• An alternative boat of similar specifications (subject to availability), or
• A full refund of all payments made.

If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will be happy to assist you and discuss the available options.
